Are you ready to send us a repair? Follow these easy steps!

2.Print the form, or copy the information to a piece of paper if you do not have access to a printer.

3.Include the form in the box with the item- it is very important that you include your complete name, address, phone number and email address. You may leave the payment section blank and we will call you to collect that information.

4. Mark the damaged areas on your item with masking tape, if possible.

5. Box up your item and send it to our shop using the carrier of your choice.

6. We will contact you when we receive the package and have a quote ready- usually within 1 business day.

Our staff of highly trained sewers and tailors have over 10 years of experience working on outdoor gear repairs. Our staff is trained in apparel design and custom tailoring, and we are all enthusiastic craftspeople. Most of our staff share your interest in camping, skiing and other outdoor activities, so we have field tested many of our own repairs and modifications.
